Service type: need services to resolve on hold payment issue

Description: Facebook has restricted my App saying that I have violated policies(which I think I have not violated). Then they change the status of my payment from pending to on hold. If someone will help me recover my payment. I’ll pay him/her 3k USD.
P.S: My bank account details are correct so this is not the issue
If they believe that you have violated their policies, forget about the payment.
