Unfortunately no one would do that anymore. Why? Because no one can guarantee verification even if they make PR. Its hard now days.
If you face anyone who would do PR only without verification don’t do it because you will waste your money. Just do both of them here on swapd don’t use anyone from outside they will try to get you for articles only and say you will be verified but its all a lie. they just benefit money from the PR.
