I’m looking for someone who can help me unban my permanently personal IG account.

Summary of Request

  1. Unban my personal account with fewer than 2k followers
  2. Account suspended on August 11th for CSE, appealed late that night, and was rejected almost instantly. Account is now permanently disabled for CSE. See screenshots below.
  3. Budget - $750 (let me know if this is totally unrealistic)
  4. Would I be better off pursuing legal methods first, such as sending Meta a demand letter?

Additional Details

On August 11th, I opened Instagram and noticed my personal account was suspended for child sexual exploitation, abuse, and nudity. This shocked me, as I know I’ve done nothing of the sort, so I submitted an appeal, took the video selfie, and got back a nearly instantaneous email stating that my account has been permanently disabled due to CSE. Because my IG was attached to my Facebook account, I also lost access to that. My FB holds memories from my childhood, memories with my late father, memories I can no longer access. This whole situation has caused me so much emotional stress.

I’m hoping to find someone here who would be able to help me regain access to my accounts. This is just my personal account. I’m not an influencer, and I’m not using my IG or FB as a business. I know my budget is low, but I’m hoping someone is still willing and able to help me out despite this. I’m happy to provide more details of the situation in PM.

I did some research and found out that there have been numerous cases of Instagram’s AI falsely flagging users for CSE and automatically rejecting their appeals. This is what I think happened to me. I even found news articles about it, where residents had to seek the help of their local news to get their accounts back. Others on Reddit have had success with sending demand letters to Meta and/or taking them to small claims court to get their accounts back.

P.S.
I see some people talking about accounts flagged as DNR, and those can’t be restored. How would you know your account is a DNR, and what determines if an account gets flagged as DNR or cybersecurity?

What people tend to forget is using Instagram is a privilege… not a right. You don’t have a “right” to use Instagram… we use the platform by choice, and because they allow public use. When you register an account on any Meta Platform, you agree to their Terms of Service… which clearly state they can remove any account, at any time, if they see fit. So what exactly would you be suing them for? For them not allowing you to use their platform? That doesn’t really make sense. Stop listening to people on Reddit.

There are multiple people on here who can aid you in getting your account back safely, but with a remove Reason like CSE… you will need a higher budget then $750. Regarding DNR, I doubt your account is flagged as DNR. It sounds more like your account got caught up in the AI remove wave that has been happening for a few months.

My recommendation would be to contact @Jkr123 - she will get you back into your account quickly, and for a suitable price.
