Important information regarding the sales & purchases of Support Portals

With immediate effect, we are implementing the following modifications to the sale of “portals,” including but not limited to Facebook Media portals and TikTok Support portals:

  1. Only members belonging to the Diamond Club or higher tiers will have the privilege to list and sell portals on SWAPD.
  2. Portals can exclusively be acquired through cryptocurrency transactions.
  3. SWAPD will not provide any form of support, warranties, or guarantees for portals listed for sale.
  4. SWAPD will not entertain disputes related to portal transactions, and under no circumstances will portal tickets be reopened, regardless of the circumstances.

Buyers are strongly advised to exercise caution and informed decision-making when considering the purchase of support portals. In many instances, these portals may be subject to closure or may not function as expected, resulting in buyer dissatisfaction. The same caution applies to mentorship offerings that claim to assist in the establishment of portals or in building relationships with social media representatives.

By initiating a ticket for a support portal or for guidance on establishing contact with social media representatives, you acknowledge that SWAPD cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from your purchase. Furthermore, you waive your right to dispute any transaction related to the acquisition of such assets. The sole avenue for expressing your dissatisfaction will be to provide an honest review of the seller.

Adding my two cents. Portal purchases are on par with gambling. We’ve had many portal sales on SWAPD, and many of them left buyers dissatisfied. We will no longer provide any support whatsoever. Not even in the tiniest way. Portals are very sensitive to location/device logins, type of requests, and a few other factors. Many of the portals sold could also be abused and on thin ice. It will be up to the buyers to thoroughly vet things during the grace period and decide whether to proceed or not. Now some of you might say, “why not just ban the sales of portals?” - Well, we kind of did and closely monitored things from our side. However, many portal sales went through successfully and made the buyers happy, so it’s a double-edged sword not easily solved by an outright ban. If we went with that logic, we would have to ban 80% of things on SWAPD.
