We’re currently aware of an issue affecting Trustap tickets, which may cause disruptions or prevent tickets from functioning as expected. Unfortunately, this problem originates on Trustap’s side, and we are unable to resolve it internally.
We’ve already notified the Trustap development team, but due to Black Friday and the holiday weekend, responses and fixes may be delayed.
In the meantime, affected tickets can remain open until Trustap restores service. If you prefer not to wait, you may choose to close the ticket and switch to crypto payments as an alternative.
