Effective immediately, all users below VIP status will be required to prepay for any Unban services. We’ve noticed an increasing number of new users signing up, convincing sellers to unban an asset, and then ghosting on the payment. This is unacceptable, and it stops today.
Here’s how it works:
- If you’re a Safety Concern, Regular, or even Premium member, prepayment is mandatory for every unban request—regardless of the success rate for your case.
- VIP members and above will still have the option to negotiate post-payment terms with sellers, but this will be at the seller’s discretion.
We understand that this may be inconvenient for some, but it’s a necessary step to protect our trusted sellers and ensure the integrity of our marketplace.
