Important Update: Restructuring of Service Listings Involving Third-Party Platforms

Over the coming weeks, SWAPD will undergo a major overhaul concerning the types of services sellers are allowed to offer—specifically those that rely on or interact with third-party websites and platforms.

From the beginning, SWAPD has maintained a strong stance against spam and network abuse. As our platform has grown, moderation has become more challenging, and it has become clear that a firmer approach is necessary. Our goal is to reinforce the integrity of the marketplace while aligning more closely with legal and ethical standards.

One of the most significant changes will target listings that make use of unauthorized or questionable methods involving third-party services. We will begin implementing stricter vetting procedures for both sellers and the services they offer, with a focus on determining:

  1. Whether the service abuses or disrupts any third-party networks.
  2. Whether the seller has the appropriate authorization or permission to carry out the service.

As part of this effort, we conducted an internal sweep last night and removed 926 listings we identified as potentially infringing on the rights of external platforms or companies. These included, but were not limited to:

  • Claims of representative access
  • Use of unauthorized methods
  • Misleading or vague service descriptions
  • Services deemed questionable or non-compliant

To be clear: if you are offering a legitimate service that operates through proper channels—such as standard support forms, authorized workflows, and transparent practices—you have nothing to worry about. However, any indications that a service is delivered through unauthorized, blackhat, or exploitative means will result in immediate account termination and listing removal.

We appreciate the community’s continued support as we implement these improvements to uphold trust, professionalism, and compliance across the board.
