Instagram just disabled my 13 year old personal account . I didn’t have my picture in the account, maybe that’s why ?

Go to https://help.instagram.com/contact/606967319425038
(Instagram’s disabled account appeal form).
Or, if you can log in to see the suspension notice, click the “Disagree with Decision” button there.
Fill out the form:
Name and username exactly as on the account.
Email linked to the account.
Reason: clearly explain it was your only account (if true) or that you weren’t trying to bypass enforcement.
