Hini am getting this error message anything i should be worried about?
Hey, this is nothing to worry about. I have seen this message on my own account sometimes and usually happens when you’re watching too many stories, posting too many comments, liking too many posts etc. Nothing to worry about

that’s just a rate limit, wait some hours without doing like/comments to solve it.

I had these issues a lot in 2018 when I used to spam the insta; simply remove all the devices from the security check, change the password, and your problem should be resolved my G.
Let me know if this works after changing the pass- Give it a little bit and try; I had this issue a long time ago.
