I can’t log in to my Instagram account. I receive an email asking me to change my password. I click on the link in the email and change my password. After changing my password, when I try to log in to my account, it says the password is incorrect. But I’ve definitely checked it many times and the password is correct. When it accepts the password, I get the error in the screenshot below. My phone number was registered on my Instagram account but it was deleted, I think there’s a problem with that. How can I fix this?
