No such thing as “semi-generic” I see this throw around all the time lol per meta’s portals accounts are either claimable as non generic, or
not claimable because they are generic.

According to Meta’s terms, if a handle is returned as HVU but is categorized under tier C–E, it can potentially be released depending on the escalation and how the partner manager handles the request with an appeal on your behalf. If you’re going to comment on a thread, please ensure the information you’re sharing is accurate and helpful. In this case, your understanding appears to be severely lacking.
