Hello everyone, due to the massive success we’ve been having off site and the tickets we’ve been completing onsite we decided to make a thread dedicated to Non generic claims, verified name changes and swaps!

Just wanted to give a BIG THANKS to @hooper again!
He claimed me a handle to a fresh account, but for some reason the account was associated with another email that Hooper didn’t give us and that was not in the Activity > Account History section to make things even weirder.
Furthermore, this IG bug wouldn’t allow us to change the password, add a phone number, or enable 2FA, but hooper went above and beyond to fix the issue from helping us.
He helped us reset the password, and even went a step further by giving us the email it was attached too after identifying it (it was never on the account history).
Even though it was a bug on IG’s part and of no fault of Hooper, he made sure this was fixed for us. If you’re looking for quick communication and someone who stands by his service, then I can definitely recommend @hooper .
