Instagram “We’ve reset your password” issue

Hi everyone, I’m wondering if anybody has encountered this issue before and has been able to resolve it somehow. I have an account where after it got logged into from a different device and ip Instagram locked it. Whenever i try to login it says “To secure your account, we’ve reset your password. Tap “Get help signing in” on the login screen and follow the instructions to access your account.”

Whenever I try to reset the password it never sends it to my email. Also when I search the acc with the email it says no account found. When I do with the username now it says “Sorry we can’t send you a link please contact Instagram for help”

If anyone has any type of solution I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!

try contacting facebook staff as they run instagram

Try it from same device from where u used it alot, U will able to send reset link to email and your account will show in reset option.

Do u still have creator device? because when nothing works creator device can help u i faced this issue 4-5 times with my verified IGs.

Yes I do, can you explain what you did exactly to get it fixed?

Mostly I try to reset it via email.

On creator device :

Reset Password - Add email and search ( In creator device it always show reset options) - They generate code to your email and Done. ( If u search from your device or any other device they will say this username account not found or on email same thing. )

And if u wanna see help foam to confirm identity and reset via Support, Just add email and password when they show this message that we sent u email with reset then click on get more help, Help foam will open for u.
