but I do not do anything because for verification operations etc. you need the name of a facebook refernte so I don’t even know why it appears to me.
i believe it’s a client support portal , you can get one if you have a gov mail linked to the fb takes around 4 weeks to get this support also i don’t think you can do much with it it’s the same as a $5 livechat

It can be a media one maybe as i do run a news publication 
It is ad contact support. Which is there since years. I dont think it is media panel.
This is advertising support. I’ve tried to use this on many occasions but trust me it doesn’t work. The support team are clueless and have no powers to do anything

Im getting the same option when I got to business support, but it’s useless.

Mostly they’ll answer with generic responses and urls to the help centre

However, if you don’t have access to the Media Portal, it’s useless.
