Should be unlisted. Seller said it’s not their account and got it without original email.
There is no possible way to figure out if this is a legit sale or not. Who ever has the original email can take the account back at any given moment.
There are many other similar threads, not having the OG does not necessarily mean it’s stolen.

If its not stolen where did he get it from ? Im not saying he stole it. maybe he bought it from someone who stole it, the whole idea is not having the OG is a big risk on buying any account not just the verified accounts !

its fishy, i did a lil research on the account and i believe it was a musicgroup.
Like everyone said its a big risk with no ogemail because it may be hacked/stolen. This one looks like that, but not saying its 100%
