Hey everyone,
I have my personal Instagram account which is still showing up on my phone, however I cannot seem to recover it by email or phone number.
And when I try to login, it tells me to enter the last password which is a long and random generated password and I do not have access to backup codes.
Feeling a bit helpless here and don’t know if there’s any way around this to help me get back into my account.
I’m using the same IP that I last logged into the account and the only reason I got locked out and lost everything is because my iphone randomly got wiped.
I’m honestly in a very bad place mentally and I’d appreciate
it if anyone can let me know if they can recover it or not.
