I noticed i didnt place an update i thougt it was in an dm but i got verified yesterday currently trying a method maybe i can get accounts eligible in a few hours as i did it with a friend of mine

In regards to your point about proxies being static or not, it does not usually matter.
When we use 4G IPs, you are sharing IPs with people in a location because of cellphone towers. In fact, mobile proxies will rotate naturally like if you go into a new area/location.
Because you’re sharing IPs with real users, mobile proxies are harder for platforms to ban than data center or residentials.
If you spam, it’s actually preferable to have the accounts rotate often in case an IP is flagged. I’ve even purchased proxies that rotate after every request for a specific use-case although I’m sure that looks a little sus to IG 
Amazing guide all in all and I think this can be applied to spoofing your location for other apps, not just Instagram!
