This is a really clean website that integrates fully into agents / agencies rMLS which means users can search directly through the site for properties that are listed through them while also giving them the option to allow searching of rMLS fully - even properties they don’t have exclusivity on.
With a few calls to some of the larger real estate agencies in Miami / Dade, this could be a breeze to sell for 5-10k after spending $15 on fiverr to have the design filled in with their data / pics / info.
