Been testing M/C growth for a while now and have come up with a good system. Pages all post stories and posts frequently to look real and all engage with potential followers and redirect to a main page. Haven’t done many tests of how to optimize the traffic to the main page, but so far can guarantee around 400-500 requests a day on private. All of this obviously depends on the influencer size, content, etc. so each case will be handled differently, but below are some stats from a 1 week test I did.
I ran 20 child accs (10 private, 10 public). These are stats for the 10 public accounts as well some stats from the main page.

Total story views on Child accs: 21,500
Total Profile Visits on Child accs: 44,000
Total Accounts reached on Posts on Child accs: 27,500
Total Following gained on Child accs: 1,477
Total Followers gained on Target: 3,693
Total Combined Followers: 5,170
