Twitter recently rolled out a new AI algorithm that flags and bans accounts that look “inauthentic.” I used my organization’s Gold check marked administrator account to affiliate a company account with Gold status. Shortly after doing so, the administrator account was locked.
By locked, I mean every time I try to log into that admin account, I’m redirected to the “Regain access” page. I’ve contacted support using the original email tied to the account, but Twitter (X) keeps responding that they’re unable to verify ownership.
I’m looking for someone with internal connections or a representative at Twitter/X who can help me recover access to this main Gold administrator affiliate account, and possibly unsuspend the account that received the “inauthentic account” ban. Both companies are 100% legit the administrator account has been around for months on end.
