I have a client with a Facebook Account that he needs unbanned. The Facebook Account was disabled, because the Instagram Account didn’t go against the Guidelines… so I’m assuming, the Instagram got disabled too(haven’t confirmed with him yet).

The Instagram didn’t get suspended… that’s the weird thing.

You never told me what information I need to request from the client. His Instagram account wasn’t disabled, and is still active. His Facebook account was disabled because his Instagram account supposedly didn’t abide by the guidelines. So where do we from there?
