We have been running ads for years through a personal Instagram account (216k tier3 countries) that was used entirely for advertising purposes (getting engagement and followers). Today, we received an email stating that the ad account (facebook) was first disabled, facebook personal profile gets id verification, and shortly after, the Instagram account itself was disabled.
The account belonged to a real individual, and the ads were created solely to increase engagement and help other posts reach the Explore page, and gain followers. All creatives used only the account owner’s own photos. There was no illegal content, no 18+ material, and nothing in violation of community standards.
We are currently looking for professionals or authorized contacts who can help recover or review this account without requiring the Instagram login credentials (ID or password). It is not an issue for us whether the ad account is recovered or not, our main and only goal is to restore the Instagram account itself.
