Need to skip M verified waitlist for IG, FB, WA

Have a client that was M verified on IG, FB, and WA and it was removed bc they removed their fb account from the business manager.

Now when they try to get verification again, they are on waitlist and we need to skip the waitlist for all 3 platforms.
