Are inactive/banned swapd usernames available to claim? I had asked goofy about @goat like a year ago and he told me it was not possible to change.

@god was inactive too. Swapd has to approve the handle before letting it be claimed. I had tried to change my @ for a while but they didn’t allow it until now when @woody won the contest.
