Old Hacked Instagram Account

Hello,

My Instagram account has been compromised years ago and im looking to regain access and or just get it deleted off of the website. The attacker added a fraudulent email and enabled 2-factor authentication, locking me out completely. While i was trying to recover it the farthest i could get was the image attached.

Requirement:
I need manual recovery of this account. I’ve tried all standard recovery methods (2FA bypass, video verification, “account hacked” flows) and they fail due to me now having a backup code, authenticator app, and or the email.

Please let me know if recovery is possible and provide your quote and timeline. I am ready to provide all required documentation for verification.
