We were accepted to a company that (apparently) Andrew Tate uses. They reviewed our website and approved it. The problem is, they want us to set up a LLC and bank account in America

You can use Stripe Atlas and Mercury.com for that. Or setting up an LLC with a different company, but Mercury is really good for foreign people in the United States.
They have no fees at all and can even help you guys with US wires, maybe to make them faster, etc.
What happens if (for example) the bank decides to shut us down (for whatever reason) and requires us to visit a branch to get things resolved? I would hate to fly to America just to solve some minor issues.

The thing is Mercury is a digital bank. You may be able to reach out and tell them more about your business first.
