This popped up on an account that is used for less than 2hrs per day. Could in be from scheduling post in the app? Seems like a dumb reason. Please let me know if you have seen something like this.

Yes, it could be because of the post scheduling in the app.
I am just going to do manual posts seems like the best route in general for social media posting. Thanks for the response.

instagram uses unsupervised ai to detect bots, sometimes it gets a false positive. You probably were performing the same tasks over and over.
only use mobile internet to prevent this from happening
