1. Overview
With the release of SWAPD 3.5, user statuses (e.g., VIP, Premium, Partner, etc.) are now automatically displayed under topic listings. This system ensures accurate and consistent presentation across the platform.
As a result, manually adding user statuses to listing titles or descriptions is strictly prohibited.
2. Rationale
The goal of this policy is to maintain clarity and consistency across all listings. The automated system eliminates duplication, prevents misleading self-labeling, and keeps the marketplace interface uniform and professional.
3. Compliance Requirements
Members must remove any manually added user status references, including but not limited to:
- “Verified Seller”
- “Trusted Member”
- “Premium User”
- “Admin Approved”
Do not include any variation of these or similar labels in your titles or descriptions. The system will display verified status information automatically.
4. Enforcement
- Listings containing manual status indicators will be edited or removed without prior notice.
- Repeat violations may result in temporary posting restrictions or additional account review.
