Our prestigious Diamond Award is granted to SWAPD members who surpass $100,000 in sales or purchases. We strive to deliver this award worldwide, but unfortunately, shipping restrictions in certain regions prevent us from doing so.
Due to ongoing issues with India’s customs system, which imposes significant fees and delays, we’ve had to exclude India from receiving the award. Regrettably, we’ve recently learned that Turkey faces similar challenges, with recipients sometimes incurring costs as high as €800 to receive an award valued at $100 (its production cost). As a result, we’ve added Turkey to the list of countries ineligible to receive the Diamond Award.
We’re truly sorry for any disappointment this may cause. Unfortunately, these circumstances are beyond our control, but we remain committed to celebrating your achievements in other ways!
