Problem receiving messages On direct

Hi Everybody
I see this problem on a lot Account Recently

Anyone know how to fix this ?

(people can’t send pm on direct)

It appears that the recipient of the direct message is a minor, while the sender appears to be an adult.

After i sent specific feedback to instagram support problem was solved
i do for two different account and works
