Recover IG "promotions are disabled" (in-app)

On one of my clients IG accounts, his promotions are disabled.
How can I fix this? (ready to pay)

yeah bro
you need to remove that instagra, account from the M Account Center completely.
once its seperated and not connected to any FB pages / axxounts it will work again

it needs to be moved to another fresh account without any payment setup on FB if you can’t’ remove the page itself from M
if the account on M was the original the IG opened on you must move that page completly to another fresh M account and try it, should work
