Seller mishandled the job badly,

Instead of removing the Reddit post as agreed, they contacted the OP, told them to repost, and spammed it with misleading keywords. This caused public backlash and reputational harm. We spent over $12,000 on cleanup. They refunded only $400 and offered nothing toward the actual damages.
