dont ever buy a pre verified account again.
just pay the money to get PR done and get your own account verified.

I know several people who got the pr done too and got their own ac verified and still lost the badge 
I have stopped thinking about getting my ig verified now
my verified Twitter is more than enough
I rarely use ig now 
Ive never heard of people getting a badge taken away when they get legit PR done and get it verified the right way.
