Seller Success Ratio Feature - ITS LIVE! Post your success ratio ITT! - UPDATE: We've fixed the tracking issue

Out Of 15 Tickets Only 3 Tickets Were Incomplete. 2 Non Payment (1 Buyer Was Even Banned). Only 1 Because Of My Mistake.

So My Success Rate Should Be 93%, @Swapd Please Check, Thanks.

Read our first post. Buyer cancelled tickets will be factored into the stats, because there is no way we will go over 150 000 tickets and adjust things for our users. However, starting now, tickets closed due to buyers fault will be marked Voided, thus no longer counting towards your score rep.

Yes, devs just confirmed this. This happened because our previous devs created our ticket system to rely on username vs user ID. So, if you changed your username, old stats will skew. Devs are already working on a fix, should be repaired in a few days.

OK. Work on a fix has been started.

So, if you ever changed your username…

Your stats won’t be 100% correct.

The fix is coming next week!

Ah that means if i was having another username before they wont count in success ratio?

Cool

It will only count tickets from new username. HOWEVER, this will be fixed in about week, and stats corrected. So no hiding, for anyone.

I have had several tickets closed and others reopened due to payment methods, so I think this is unfair to me🥲

It’s unfair, yes. To everyone. Unfortunately no way to fix this.

Saw it bro!

@SWAPD try to completely fix that glitch where all your sales and history vanish after a username change. I was thinking of grabbing a more fire username again haha.

I guess the original Bangladeshi SWAPD dev wasn’t as good. Why would he rely on usernames vs userID???

Now devs have to redo our biggest plugin (checkout tickets)
Update every ticket ever
Fix modifiers for sales/purchase stats
Update every user on that
And rerun everything to fix the stats

New April update looks solid, but kinda sad seeing top sellers with 50% success rates
