September 1st Update: We’re officially in Canada 🇨🇦

As of today, our new structure is live. Here’s what changes:

  • Escrow is gone. SWAPD now works under a Merchant of Record model.
  • Sellers are now subcontractors. You work with VEYYO directly to deliver services/products.
  • Invoices. We can now issue FULL invoices for buyers (on request). Only exception: Canadian entities (GST registration still pending).
  • Payments. Added support for BTC, ETH, SOL, USDC (SOL), and USDT (SOL). More methods are coming in 2026.
  • Faster confirmations. Incoming payments clear quicker.
  • Calculator accuracy. 99% precise. The 1% gap = unpredictable outgoing gas fees.
  • Policies updated. TOS, Privacy, Policy, and Ticket procedures — all revised.
  • Fees. No changes to base fees. One new rule: the 1% processing fee cannot be recovered from subcontractors if the payment is under 5,000 USD.
  • Dispute fee. 5% may be applied at staff discretion, but not compulsory.
  • Transaction Contract. Updated.

Our full multi-entity setup (spanning multiple jurisdictions, from Canada/Cyprus to Poland) is now live and operational.

And no — these aren’t all the changes. More is coming, but we’ll announce when ready.

Great update! The new structure looks much more transparent and professional. Excited to see how the Merchant of Record model and faster confirmations improve the overall experience. Looking forward to the upcoming changes as well! THANKS SWAPD TEAM! :fire:

Nice article! To the point, no long-winded AI gobbledygook. Take notes, @SWAPD bro.

Fresh and fabulous changes🥰

Trustap (Stripe) charges 2% conversion fee. Is it added in fee calculator?

TrustAP fees should be accounted for - if you give it a look you can see the % is higher.
