You will be able to submit requests to their Partner Support Team. You need a rep name to put in the form. It looks like they don’t verify it though cause I just put a name in there and it worked to get a reply.
As shown on the picture, its a private support channel. You need to list a Snapchat representative name to submit the form. You can’t see that in the public form.
