I have a friend who had some issues with snapchat. Two instances:
He had the top viewed spotlight in the world, it should have made around $300,000. Some guy who copied his video got paid $300,000, and he got paid $0.
Then he made a second account because he thought his first account was demonetized. He then got a new phone, where he started using this new account. He had probably 50 million views on spotlight on that account worth easily over $200,000, and they didn’t pay him a single dollar for some reason. All of his content was 100% original and filmed on snap, he was doing it full time and was probably the top 5 spotlight earners, so he knew what to do to avoid demonetization. When he emailed them 10 times about it, they actually did pay him $1234 after giving him $0 for months. By the $1234 amount its quite clear that they just gave him something knowing they did him wrong.
To be honest I doubt anyone can help, this was back in 2021. But why not post it here for awareness and you never know who has a contact that could help - about $400-500k he missed out on
