SocialTradia questionable HQ

I have a client who recently entered a transaction on https://socialtradia.com/

I was on a call with him and he was showing me the correspondence and the overall transaction sounded extremely suspicious as the previous owner’s information was “unable” to be changed and they’ve been telling him for a week his money was safe in Escrow.

I then looked up the address of the company and it randomly happened to be the exact same building that my hotel in Toronto is in.

I took the elevator 4 floors down to check if they were actually there and this is what I found:

I knocked and asked the people how long they have been there and they have been at this location for 5 years now.

Seems all scam companies in this industry are in Canada, for some reason.

I know some members had successful trades on that website, and at one point, SocialTradia was dominating the SERPs. However, I think Google knocked them down to oblivion (prob black hat SEO) and they lost a lot of traffic. It would be great to have a SocialTraida associate join us to help clear this up.
