VEYYO now offers subcontractor contracts to users who request them. These contracts are optional and are not required to use SWAPD. They are provided as a professional tool for subcontractors who need formal documentation for invoicing, tax purposes, and international banking.

When a subcontractor contract is useful

Invoicing
A subcontractor agreement allows you to issue invoices directly to SWAPD for services rendered. This helps keep your records organized and may be useful for claiming tax deductions or presenting clear documentation to your accountant.

Taxes
With a subcontractor contract in place, your payouts can be properly reflected as business income. This makes reporting and compliance easier, especially for corporate or registered business entities.

Banking and payments
Banks and payment providers often request supporting contracts when handling frequent or high-value transfers. Having a subcontractor agreement in place provides proof of legitimate business activity, reducing the risk of payment delays, freezes, or additional scrutiny.

How it works

  1. Request a contract – Contracts are only issued upon request. Contact SWAPD support to initiate.
  2. Use for invoicing – Once a contract is issued, you can send invoices directly to SWAPD.
  3. Attach invoices to tickets – Always include your invoices in your open checkout tickets so they remain on record with the transaction.
  4. Keep your own records – Maintain copies of contracts and invoices for tax and accounting purposes.
