Just a suggestion:

While going thru my own inbox, looking for a particular message… I was thinking, it would be extremely helpful, if we could tag messages with different labels. As a buyer, I know that I reach out to an array of different people, in regards to a variety of different jobs… and as the messages start to build up, it can become a bit overwhelming when trying to find specific messages. If there was a way we could tag messages with different labels… i.e. Meta Verified, Unbans, Bans, Etc… and then be able to filter the messages by it’s label, it would make it a bit easier to find the messages we’re looking for.

Or if not labels, then maybe a search function for messages. As a buyer, it gets a bit overwhelming with all the different messages, so I can only imagine how it must be for sellers that take on a lot of different jobs. This would also help in the aspect of knowing which sellers we have already inquired with/worked with in the past, as to avoid sending more then one message to the same seller.

Ability to Change the Message Title by Receiver:

Receivers should have the ability to edit the message titles for better organization and clarity, especially when senders use generic titles like ‘link please?’ or ‘still available?’.

Ability to Add Tags from a Drop-Down Menu:

Receivers should be able to add tags from an ‘Add Tags’ button to easily categorize and track messages for future updates or follow-ups.

Categorize Inbox Messages by Month and Year:

Inbox messages should be categorized month-wise and year-wise, with clear separators indicating the start of each new month. All messages should be searchable by month and year, particularly by month.

Five-Level Priority Flags:

Receivers should be able to flag messages based on a five-level priority system to manage the importance of messages, as a significant portion of messages may be non-urgent.

Ability to Tag the Senders:

To handle annoying or abusive senders, receivers should have the ability to tag or flag these senders for future reference and management.

Improve ‘Quote’ System of Text:

Enhance the text quoting feature to ensure that quoted text remains visible once the message is sent, as there have been instances where quoted text disappears.

Seen Acknowledgement:

Implement a seen acknowledgment feature to notify senders when their messages have been viewed by the receiver.

Show Never-Replied Messages in Inbox:

Ensure that all messages, whether replied to or not, remain visible in the inbox. Messages that have not received a reply should also be displayed in Inbox for better tracking and management. Before SENT messages, not replied, don’t show in Inbox.

Staff Conversations Inbox should be separated from Users Inbox:

All conversations started with Staff should have a separate Staff Conversation Inbox so that you could go directly and easily to track any past conversation with Staff members.

Mark READ Option:

Sometimes you receive many notices because you are following many Users etc or related notices and you want to mark them READ in one go so that they don’t pop up on the top all the time.
