That was removed. We will include it in the sidebar (desktop) and on mobile in the hamburger menu (later this week)

I will try to speed it up.
If you opens someones name in private chat he gets a notification that looks like he got a new message, he sees the username of the person that opened his name but with no message.

You’ve “x” amount of open tickets was easy for me to navigate through all my tickets. On the top!
The counter ruined the layout, so it’s getting moved to the sidebar in the next 48-72 hours. In the meantime, click the checkout cart icon and press checkout tickets.

You can watch tags, but not titles. But the search function should filter out what you’re searching for.
