Effective today, 15 September 2025, SWAPD (via VEYYO Limited Partnership as Merchant of Record) will no longer directly participate in any property transfers. From now on, all transfers will be conducted directly between buyers and subcontractors within the ticket, with staff serving only in an oversight and documentation role.
Why the Change?
We’ve already been testing direct Instagram and TikTok transfers without issues for years, as well as select transactions on other platforms and with higher-ranking members. The results have shown that the process is smooth, secure, and reliable — making it clear that staff involvement is only necessary to oversee and ensure the transfer is properly documented in the ticket, rather than being directly added to the properties.
What This Means for You
- Staff will not join properties (e.g., Pages, Channels, Accounts).
- All actions must be handled directly between buyers and subcontractors with full communication in the ticket.
- SWAPD staff will remain in the ticket for oversight, to ensure transparency and to step in if disputes arise.
Not to Worry
We understand this is a big change, but rest assured — SWAPD will continue to provide helpful guides, tips, and best practices for securing all major types of accounts sold on our platform. These resources will give both buyers and subcontractors the clarity and confidence they need to complete transfers safely.
Disputes & Oversight
SWAPD’s role remains crucial in safeguarding transactions. If problems occur, staff will review the case based on:
- The ticket documentation
- Each party’s reputation and history
- Compliance with transfer instructions
Community Input
