After a long and painful journey, we’ve finally fixed some of the issues with our iOS app. I say some because we’re not out of the woods yet.
So, what’s new?
The update doesn’t bring anything noticeable to the table. Instead, it’s what’s in the core that matters. And that is:
- Greatly improved compatibility with iPhones 11, 12, and 13.
- Faster response times.
- Fixed viewing documents/PDFs. On some devices, users weren’t able to go back to the app.
- Kind of fixed the download images function. We say kind of because it’s still being improved, and new updates should roll out soon. At least now, users don’t have to restart the app when they click download, they can swipe back to the app. This isn’t ideal but we’re working on improving this feature.
- 2FA login problem has been fixed.
- Notifications are now back working (for everyone). We had issues with users who upgraded to the latest iOS.
- Fixed the crashes (stuck screen).
- Improved iPhone 13 screen size issues
- iPad support.
In the upcoming days/weeks we will also:
- Once and for all repair the download function.
To recap, most of the improvements are under to hood. Now we move on to Android, we will keep everyone updated on its release.
