The second message in the ticket is from checkout bot and is your ticket number from where you can copy easily, Ik copying from title and URL is not feasible. I always copy it from there or remember it as it’s 6-7 letters.

I also always send my buyers the ticket number for their ease and convenience to get the feedback in return easily after the ticket is done.
