SWAPD please stop having members use PROTON

SWAPD should stop having users add proton email when transferring properties. Here is why:

I purchased a verified twitter from a user on here a couple days ago. As SWAPD always does they have the seller remove the oge and add a new freshly made proton email because gmail is prone to getting locked by so many logins which is true and understandable.

However this practice to help protect the buyers newly purchased assets can actually backfire as it did in my case and from what I read others as well.

Once SWAPD transferred the accounts over to me I logged in and secured them. I went to my computer the next day and I was logged out of twitter and proton. Twitter locked the account for suspicious activity I hadn’t changed email or number at this point I just simply changed the password the day before so we can move to the grace period.

I tried to log into proton to check if I got any emails from twitter and found out that my account had been suspended for violating there terms of service. I contacted Proton to see why they randomly disabled the email and gave me these responses

I personally do not have a proton email. I’ve only used proton to sell or buy accounts on swapd. They said each person is only allowed 1 proton email so anyone who has an existing proton email or someone who plans to purchase more than one property on SWAPD is potentially in danger of having there proton emails disabled.

Other members are facing the same issues:

At this point twitter is not helping me because they are sending emails to the proton email so I can’t verify ownership to the account. Money down the drain over proton banning the account.

I believe it’s time SWAPD look for an alternative email provider at this point. Proton is now just as bad as Gmail!

They permanently disabled my ProtonMail account because I was inactive for a while (around 60 days)

Also having multiple accounts is not allowed. I’ve had the same issue for many of my accounts. I was able to recover some of them with support channel.

You should use Yandex!

Can vouch for this

bro today i sold another account to someone, they told me to add proton mail and they suspended it

I was just thinking about that too as i have to transfer an og and already have 4 protonmail. Yandex / mail.ru is better in my opinion. Gmail is also good if there’s no 2fa and we wait a couple of hours before changing the pass to avoid getting locked

What do you mean multiples accounts? You mean multiple social media accounts on the same email or not allowed to have multiple subscriptions plans for ProtonMail in one IP address

If you create multiple ProtonMail accounts on the same device/IP, you will be detected as spam and banned.

Same on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook

Interesting, I’ve had 3 accounts on ProtonMail for over a year now on verified accounts that started those accounts and never ran issues on them

This happened to me also. Terrible

Send them an email and tell them you want to pay premium on that account and you will get it back. To avoid being blocked for inactivity, subscribe to a random newsletter.

Same thing with Protonmail and Aol.

Yeah protonmail sucks
I did faced mamy problems with it then stopped using it

I support this 100%, I’ve had over 10 of them suspended and I’ve lost 4 IG accounts because of this

I agree if you create multiple accounts they suspected as spam

If you have old ProtonMail multiple accounts it allow yon but that’s not the case

You can use Rediffmail and I guess mail.com both are good

@SWAPD @Brant @mae what you think guys?

Yandex mails sometimes gets stucked

Maybe we can create different protonmail accounts with tor browser
Will try this today
