At SWAPD, we are committed to ensuring a fair and professional environment for all our users. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds can be requested and processed. By using our platform, both buyers and sellers agree to adhere to these terms.
1. Refund Initiation
- Refunds may only be initiated under two conditions:
a) Agreement from the seller.
b) Through our dispute resolution process.
2. Dispute Resolution Outcome
- The responsibility for issuing a refund, following a dispute, lies with the seller. This will be determined based on the specific terms of the ticket and in accordance with SWAPD’s buyer and seller responsibility clauses.
3. Non-Refundable SWAPD Fee
- Please note that the SWAPD fee, charged for our services, is non-refundable under any circumstances.
4. Approved Refunds
- If a refund is mutually agreed upon by the seller and approved by SWAPD staff, it will be directly paid by the seller to the buyer’s specified account.
5. Ticket Eligibility
- Any tickets that are older than 90 days from the date of issue are ineligible for the dispute process, and therefore, no refunds can be claimed for these transactions.
6. Buyer Acknowledgement
- Buyers acknowledge that items or services purchased are provided by independent sellers and not directly from SWAPD. Aggressive behavior, threats, or chargebacks directed towards SWAPD are strictly prohibited and will be addressed with appropriate actions.
7. SWAPD’s Discretion
- SWAPD staff reserves the right to determine the eligibility of refunds even in scenarios not explicitly covered by our policies and rules.
8. Seller Warranties
- Sellers are required to uphold any warranties they provide. Failure to do so may result in termination from our platform.
