Swapd suggestion: include a seller’s % success rate in each sales thread for a particular service a seller offers

I only use swapd to buy services for my client, and as swapd has grown and more sellers offer different services and/or compete with each other on the same services, I have seen the % success rate of tickets I purchase gradually decrease over time.

As a buyer, you used to have more confidence that a diamond seller would be able to successfully deliver a ticket, but even those sellers are hit and miss these days.

Unless I am missing something, there doesn’t seem to be any effective way to choose one seller over the other based on the success of that seller for a particular service. You can go and look at a seller’s overall feedback, but as that feedback might include multiple different services a seller sells, that feedback is misleading (both negative and positive).

As such, I would like to invite @SWAPD and the swapd devs to include a feature in each sales thread (maybe at the top?) which shows the % success rate a seller has FOR THAT SERVICE.

So if a seller has a service offering Instagram unbans, their sales thread will show how many times that seller has been successful at delivering unbans in tickets on swapd. If they haven’t delivered any successful unbans yet, their % success rate will be 0%. If they have delivered 1 successful unban and 1 failed unban, their % success will be 50%… and so on.

I know sellers might complain about this as they’ll say that every case is different, but if a seller gets a request from a buyer for one of the seller’s services, the seller should first look at the potential issues involved in that case. If the seller then takes the case on and fails to deliver, that is on the seller as they were already informed of the potential risks and issues in taking on that case.

We need to remember that it’s especially bad for a buyer when a ticket fails, as the buyer has often deposited lots of $$$ on escrow with swapd and if the ticket fails, the buyer’s client is p1ssed, AND the buyer/buyer’s client ALSO loses out on a % of the fee paid due to currency fluctuations, transaction fees, etc, when the payment is returned to them.

If my new suggestion was implemented and each sales thread showed the % of successes/failures a seller had on swapd for that particular service to date, this information would be very helpful to potential buyers on which seller to choose.

And for sellers: if you keep saying you can successfully perform a service when you actually can’t, this would be reflected in your % success rate and make the buying AND selling side more transparent. The sellers who regularly deliver on their tickets will be much more sought out by buyers… I mean I would definitely pay more for a service if I knew that seller had a better chance of delivering as their swapd % success rate feature was high.

What do you think @swapd? I’m sure there are some hurdles to presenting what I have suggested above, but it would be a very welcomed feature in my opinion. Hope you agree.

It’s a huge undertaking to do what you are requesting (dev wise). So for now, we will have to pass. But thank you for the suggestion, we truly appreciate it.
