So scraping from group is possible (based on user activity, or/and based on user who wrote in the chat, meaning the audience we scraped is active), and scraping from channel is only possible if the channel have comments (see the last picture). I will be able to scrape people who commented under the channel post.
Regarding adding members to a group yes it’s possible, we can do it.
Unfortunately adding subscriber to a channel is technically impossible. There is no option to do that on Telegram, the only way to grow subscribers to the channel will be to Mass DM.
Regarding requirements to your main group :
Public Group & Permission to invite members is switched on.
Provide multiple competitor groups.
Notification removal bot is in the group such as “@JoinClearBot”.

Exactly, you will have to provide a target public group, and I will scrape users (as you which, based on their activity online or based on who wrote in the group) and I will invite them to your main group.
The more groups you send me, the best is it. If you provide a group with 5000 members, I will scrape only members who were online in the last 48h, so out of the 5000 members, maybe only 800 members were online in the last 48h.
Or the second option is to scrape users who wrote in the group from 25th May to 7th June (it’s an example) and if the group have activity, I will maybe scrape 500 members.
So to reply to your question, for 1k members, I would suggest you to send me at least few groups totalizing 6000 members.
So I will make sure we have the 1000 members scrapped.
