They used to have canned responses … It was removed when swapd3.0 was introduced. Idk why

Yes, we had this, but Discourse changed their core in a major way forcing us to remove that feature for users 
It’s still on my to-do list but this upgrade would be EXTENSIVE due to the core structure. I am a little unwilling to drop money into this as at its peak (when templates were working for users), we only had 44 users using it…

It is open source. We use Discourse.org as our core. Highly modded, though, over the years.
