It has something to do with Covid. It was like that since it started. Our post office is nuts and they block/resume packages to particular countries.

I just received a package from there from vitkac
I am on their website right now, no option to send to Albania. UPS has it, but it cannot locate @Arual’s address.
No idea i got mine a week ago using dhl
